OCGP Neighborhoods

At the Aug. 15 Hapa performance event (about which I've yet to post and share pictures) I noticed that the Great Park Neighborhoods folks were out there collecting raffle entries and upon receipt of those precious names and address (their future mailing list) distributing distinctive green bags with the bike logo. It does look like they are going to be breaking ground in September and building a few new homes! At our Open Great Park Presentations in the Library, Melissa and I chatted with a lot of families who were moving in or just recently moved into Irvine and looking to buy. We referred them to the Great Park Neighborhoods website but I was thinking I should also suggest the Irvine Housing blog as they might have more information and insight about the development of these new homes and neighborhoods.
